Our Pillars of Action

Academic Tutoring

Foundational Math and English sessions for children under 13. Personalized worksheets focused on phonics and problem-solving.

Resource Mobilization

Organizing community drives to place over 3,500 books, stationery, and activity kits directly into the hands of students.

Digital Inclusion

Assisting families with digital access during COVID to ensure students didn't lose an academic year due to the technology gap.

Volunteer Network

A peer-to-peer model where students teach students. Volunteers undergo training to deliver child-friendly, engaging lessons.

Founder's Role

What began as a personal effort to help one student during lockdown evolved into a structured organization. My focus shifted from direct teaching to system design.

  • Designed academic modules and reading lists for ages 5–12.
  • Recruited and trained 60+ volunteers via structured onboarding.
  • Coordinated logistics for large-scale donation drives.
  • Monitored student progress to prevent dropouts.

Skills Acquired

Leading this initiative provided hands-on experience in organizational management and community empathy.
